The Luma Twin room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made for a great stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Hammersmith Station and The Apollo Theatre. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the easy check-in process made everything hassle-free.

Could have used more hand towels and an additional hand basin.

The hotel features a modern and minimalistic design that ensured easy navigation for me as a senior guest. The staff were helpful and attentive, always ready to assist whenever needed, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

The nearby dining scene is buzzing! La Petite Bretagne serves killer crepes, while The William Morris has a cracking vibe for pints. Our stay was made even better by cozy rooms—perfectly adequate for a weekend getaway.

The furniture is quite worn, with scratches all over. Plus, having a loo in a wardrobe isn’t as fab as it sounds—lacking sound isolation didn't do us any favors!

Comfortable stay with great location

I had a wonderful time during my one-night stay. The room was cozy and equipped with a fridge, providing everything I needed. The nearby cafés and restaurants were a bonus, and the ease of getting to the Hammersmith Tube made exploring London simple. However, I think adding a more varied breakfast option would improve the experience.

The location near Hammersmith station made getting around super easy. I loved the spacious Luma Twin room we stayed in. It felt modern with a creative edge. The upgrade to a two-person bed was a pleasant surprise, definitely a plus. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. High-speed WiFi gave a nice boost to my stay. I did have some issues. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. I encountered a few minor housekeeping problems. Only one towel offered per person was inconvenient, especially with the shower, sink, and toilet being separate. The bathroom layout could use some improvement. despite the hiccups, it didn’t ruin my experience. This hotel works well for short trips with lots to do nearby.

Rooms tend to vary in size, and the awkward layout with separate toilets and shower cubicles isn’t ideal—definitely not the privacy one wants. The bathrooms lack proper divisions, offering minimal privacy. Plus, some rooms feel too dim with limited natural light, especially those tucked away in the basement.

I spent 6 nights in a Luma Twin room, and let me tell you, those beds were pure bliss with their plush mattress toppers! Plus, the grab-and-go breakfast bags were a lifesaver for my busy mornings. With plenty of USB ports and a spacious desk, working here was not just manageable, it was enjoyable!

The superior double room had comfy bedding, a desk area, and a sofa. Loved the fridge for snacks and the kettle for tea. The private bathroom was well-equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Plus, being just a few minutes from the Hammersmith Tube was super convenient for exploring. Very clean and stylish decor.
