Welcoming people.
Clean hotel with easy and decent location in London very close to Hammersmith and the train station and Shepherds Bush tube. Friendliness of the staff. Fab food and cool drinks. Fast check in and late check out. Such wonderful stay for 2 nights.

Very good location to Hammersmith Station. Delicious restaurants and numerous pubs in the immediate vicinity. Stylish concept of the hotel and the rooms. Very nice young staff. Perfect for a city trip, where you like to come back to your room in the evening!
Breakfast is offered in pre-packed bags (crossaint, fruit, orange juice) to go. Moreover, the house and/or room was very overheated, but this could be regulated by the air conditioning (in March!).

The Luma Twin room wassuper clean and cozy, with a cozy atmosphere. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Hammersmith Station and The Apollo Theatre. The staff were responsive, and the easy check-in process made everything hassle-free.
Could have used more hand towels and an additional hand basin.
